Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with beautifully decorated, warm, and comfortable rooms. The bathroom was a highlight, and the location overlooking the square and Rectors Palace was unbeatable. While the service was incredibly friendly and accommodating, there were some minor downsides to the location. The dining experience was great with gluten-/lactose-free options, and the facilities were top-notch.
My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room had a beautiful view over the Dubrovnik old city and part of the old city walls, was beautifully decorated, warm, comfortable, and I especially loved the bathroom with the tiling and marble. However, it was a bit uncomfortably warm at times. The service was extremely helpful and warm, with staff going out of their way to share insights into Dubrovnik and recommend places to visit and restaurants to eat at. The location was spectacular, right in the heart of the old town, but I wished for more breakfast options during my stay. The dining experience was superb, with great choices and kind staff, even preparing tea and toast for my room when my husband was sick. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
The hotel offers a spacious and bright room with a beautiful view over Dubrovnik old city and part of the city walls. While the room is a bit small, it still compares favorably to our experiences in other hotels at higher tariffs which did not provide the same level of personal service.
Staying at the hotel was a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable and bright with a balcony overlooking the busy Old Town market square. The service was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town, offering a spectacular view. The dining experience was superb, especially in the attached Brasserie Royal restaurant, where the staff catered to our every need.
I chose this hotel for its central location in the town where I wanted to see the world go by, and it did not disappoint. The rooms were beautiful and compared very favorably to other high-end hotels we've stayed at. The personal service was exceptional, making our stay truly memorable.
My stay was a mixed bag at this hotel. While the rooms were tiny and a bit claustrophobic for the high price tag, they compared favorably to similar rooms in prestigious hotels in Paris and Bordeaux. The service was excellent and efficient despite a few minor hiccups, and the location was truly spectacular, right in the heart of the old town. The dining experience had its highs and lows, with some excellent choices but also some mediocre offerings. Overall, a stay with both positives and negatives to consider.
